Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Woorker, a product operated by Orbyte İletişim Reklam ve Yazılım Teknolojileri LTD ŞTİ ("Orbyte", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
Use of the service
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Woorker for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and your selected plan.
Actions & automation
Woorker's Business Twin may recommend or, where you've authorized it, execute actions on connected systems (such as creating CRM records or preparing outreach). You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and for how authorized actions are configured within your workspace.
Billing & credits
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout or in your order form. Business Twin and Action usage draw on a credit allowance tied to your plan; unused credits do not necessarily roll over unless stated otherwise in your plan terms.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, including misuse of the service or non-payment.

The service is provided "as is." Woorker's recommendations are decision support, not professional advice, and you remain responsible for actions taken on your business's behalf.
