Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Woorker collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our website or product. Woorker is a product operated by Orbyte İletişim Reklam ve Yazılım Teknolojileri LTD ŞTİ ("Orbyte", "we", "us", or "our").
What we collect
Depending on how you use Woorker, we may collect:
- Account information you provide directly, such as your name, work email and company.
- CRM data you connect or enter — companies, contacts, deals, tasks and related activity.
- Content from connected sources you explicitly authorize (for example email, calendar or file integrations), used to build your Business Twin.
- Usage data such as feature interactions, device and log information, used to operate and improve the product.
How we use it
We use collected information to operate the product, power Business Twin recommendations and actions, provide support, maintain security, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data.
Business Twin data
Your Business Twin is built from data you connect and authorize. You control which sources are connected, can review what has been imported, and can disconnect a source or delete Twin data associated with your workspace at any time.
Google user data
When you choose to connect Google Workspace, Woorker requests only the permissions needed for the capability you enable. Google Calendar data is used to show, organize, create, update or cancel meetings you manage in Woorker. Google Contacts data is used to import and keep selected business contacts current. Gmail data is used to show and organize email activity in your CRM; Woorker stores message metadata such as sender, recipient, subject, labels and timestamps, rather than email bodies. Gmail sending is used only when you initiate or approve an email action in Woorker.
Woorker uses Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing Woorker features that you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless it is necessary to provide support, maintain security, comply with law, or you have given us permission.
Connection credentials are encrypted at rest. Disconnecting Google from Woorker revokes the connection and deletes the associated credentials and synced Google Calendar, Gmail and Contacts records from the workspace. Sharing
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Woorker, including hosting and database infrastructure, transactional email delivery, and AI processing that you request through product features. Those providers act under confidentiality and data-protection commitments. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information or Google user data. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No system is completely immune to risk, and we continue to invest in this area as the product matures. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Workspace owners can disconnect integrations or delete a workspace from Woorker. You can also request deletion at any time; we act on verified deletion requests within three days.
