You choose what to connect
Woorker is operated by Orbyte İletişim Reklam ve Yazılım Teknolojileri LTD ŞTİ. Google Workspace is optional. A workspace member must explicitly start a Google connection, approve Google’s consent screen, and select the Woorker capability they want to use. You can disconnect it at any time from the Integrations area in Woorker.
Google Calendar
Woorker requests Google Calendar event access to display and organize relevant meetings in your workspace, prepare meeting context, and create, update or cancel calendar events that you initiate or approve. Calendar information may include event title, time, attendees and location where provided by Google.
Gmail
Woorker requests Gmail read access to show and organize CRM-related email activity. It stores message metadata such as sender, recipient, subject, labels and timestamps; it does not sync email bodies. Gmail send access is used only to send an email you initiate or approve through Woorker.
Google Contacts
Woorker requests Google Contacts read access to import and keep selected business contacts current in your CRM. Contact information may include names, work email addresses and phone numbers made available by your Google account.
How data is protected and shared
Woorker stores connection credentials encrypted at rest and uses them only to provide the enabled integration. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not permit human access to Google user data except where necessary to provide support with your authorization, maintain security, comply with law, or investigate abuse.
Where you request an AI feature that uses relevant workspace context, necessary workspace information may be processed by a service provider solely to deliver that feature. We do not allow providers to use Google user data for advertising or generalized model training. More detail is available in our Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting and deleting data
When you disconnect Google Workspace in Woorker, Woorker revokes the connection and deletes the associated credentials and synced Google Calendar, Gmail and Contacts records from that workspace. For a manual deletion request, email support@woorker.io; verified requests are completed within three days. See Data Deletion for instructions.
